Get your lift tickets right at the base! One of the main spots is the Talstation Silleren in Adelboden-Oey, located at CH-Koordinaten: 609 361 / 148 472; 7.56065 E, 46.4876 N.

At the Tourism Office:
You can also purchase tickets at the Tourism Office, located at Dorfstrasse 23, 3715 Adelboden. They’re happy to help with lift passes and other activities.

Adelboden takes pride in maintaining a clean and sustainable environment. Waste disposal is well-organized, and visitors are encouraged to follow the local guidelines:

Household Waste: Regular household waste must be disposed of in official Adelboden garbage bags, which can be purchased at local shops and supermarkets. In the apartment, one 35L bag per week is included. These bags should be placed in the gray collection container, located to the right of the driveway to the house.

Public recycling collection points are at Zelgstrasse and Boden Schlössliplatz. Please note that no waste disposal is allowed at these public collection points between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. due to night-time quiet hours.

From Frutigen, guests can easily reach the ski region Adelboden-Lenk by bus. Bus and train schedules are perfectly coordinated, and the walk from the train to the bus is only a few meters.

For your apartment, Landstrasse 67: Use the bus stop Adelboden Mineralquelle, then a walk of about 3 minutes.

For Silleren valley station: Use the bus stop Adelboden Mineralquelle, then a walk of about 3 minutes.

For Chuenisbärgli valley station (winter): Use the bus stop Adelboden Oey, then a walk of about 1 minute, transfer to the bus heading towards Unter dem Birg.

For Engstligenalp: Use the bus stop Adelboden Oey, then a walk of about 1 minute, transfer to the bus heading towards Unter dem Birg.

For Tschentenalp: Use the bus stop Adelboden Post, then a walk of about 5 minutes.

For Elsigenalp: In winter, take the ski bus from Frutigen train station directly to the Elsigenalp valley station, with a walk of about 1 minute.

In summer, take the bus from Achseten Church to Elsigbach (Höchst).
